Colin Wilks Passes Damp & Timber CSRT

Congratulations to Colin Wilks for being the latest Wise Property Care / White Preservation surveyor to earn his full qualification as a Certificate Surveyor of Remedial Treatments (CSRT).
Colin has been working for Wise Property Care / White Preservation for almost 3 years now within our Fife division, serving local towns such as Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and Kinross while training under the watchful and highly qualified eye of Brian Reid - Operations Director of Wise Property Care & White Preservation.
What is a Damp and Timber CSRT
As a PCA approved CSRT Surveyor, Colin is now qualified to accurately diagnose damp and timber problems in buildings and ensure appropriate remedies without unnecessary use of chemicals and undue expense.
Wise Property Care & White Preservation have always promoted training for our surveyors and Colin now joins the long list of qualified surveyors working for our company. His recent success, along with his successful career to date, makes Colin a highly valued asset to the Wise Property Care & White Preservation family.
