DIY damp proofing man alive

A man is lucky to be alive after falling 25 feet headfirst while DIY damp proofing on Tuesday afternoon.
Just before 3 p.m., the man was DIY damp-proofing a ground level area of the high-rise site, at Sperling Avenue, Kingsway, Canada; when he slipped and fell headfirst into a ventilation shaft, landing in the underground car park level..
DIY damp proofing man saved by fire fighters
"Apparently on the way down, he bounced off the different shrouding of the ventilation shafts. Firefighters extricated the man and delivered him to a waiting ambulance. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. He also apparently quoted: "I won't be trying damp proofing again".
