Reports a Wise move for Firm

The Lothian's arm of property maintenance firm Wise Property Care is expecting a period of significant growth as a result of the new home reports scheme coming to Scotland.
The company, which has an office in Dalkeith, has already seen a tenfold increase in turnover over the last six years to £2million a year.
It experts to add another £600,000 to the figure as a result if the home reports. 
Under the scheme, the seller will now be responsible for providing the survey, which will be made available to all potential buyers.
The company said it already carries out 2500 surveys in and around Edinburgh each year, and experts this to double in 2009.
William Mulgrew, senior branch manager in Edinburgh and Lothian's, said reports will "significantly change" buying and selling.
