Property Repair Survey Information
Wise Property Care offer specialist property repair surveys which are carried out by our fully trained and experienced, locally based surveying team. Having diagnosed any particular property problem, Wise Property Care can then recommend a remedial regime suited to the property in question.
Where a building owner believes that they have a decay, woodworm or dampness problem Wise Property Care will send a surveyor to carry out a survey at the cost applicable to that property, size and type. This appraisal will normally consist of:
- An external review of potential water ingress
- Inspection of those exposed timbers that are made available to the surveyor
- Examination of the roof void timbers and sub floor timbers (should access be available - Commonal roof voids at an additional cost)
The surveyor can examine the whole property or a particular part; all subject to the customers stated requirements. The surveyor can then give a verbal indication as to the extent of any problem and the cost of treatment. A written report can be prepared detailing precisely our surveyors observations and recommendations including an estimate for those eradication works required, and a detailed sketch indicating the areas of treatment work required.
