Our property repair service is fully backed by our property repair guarantee where damp or timber treatments are necessary.  Unless specified differently during your property survey, our standard property repair guarantees are as follows:

• Woodworm treatment       20 years
• Dry rot treatment             20 years
• Wet rot treatment            20 years
• Damp proofing                 20 years
• Rising damp treatment     20 years
• Structural repairs             10 years
• Basement waterproofing   10 years

What if something goes wrong?

At Wise Property Care, we pride ourselves on the high standards of our works and the advanced property repair solutions and techniques we use.  If however, you find our property repair has not worked and it is under our property repair guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange for a re-inspection of the property.  All we ask is that is that you keep hold of your property repair guarantee, original report and associated paperwork.
