If (following an inspection) we are satisfied with the standard of workmanship, for a fee, we will provide a Wise 10 year 'property guarantee validation' certificate for the work that can be passed onto any prospective purchaser. It is a simple solution to avoid unnecessary and potentially off putting answers on your Home Report Questionnaire for prospective buyers.
