CURRENT VACANCIES:
Structural Waterproofing Surveyor
Salary – £30,030 with monthly uncapped performance bonus plus Company Car and Fuel Card.
Based out of the Rosyth and Barrhead branches, you will be covering the whole of Scotland

Since 1996 when Wise Property Care Ltd was formed we have built alongside our Presevation arm of the firm, our leading structural waterproofing division, Wise Basement Systems and with continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit the very best of you.
What will you be doing?
Survey the properties of existing and potential customers and complete tenders / Waterproofing designs.
Continue to nurture our existing client base and build strong relationships with new potential clients
Complete tenders for commercial clients including waterproofing system designs
Carry out site visits to monitor progress and liaise with clients regularly for progress reviews whilst managing project delivery
Be able to learn and act on your own initiative with tenacity and self motivation.
Respond to all leads in a professional and timely manner and arrange appointments to visit customers.
Be personable and able to form strong working relationships with good communication skills key.
Requirements
You will have:
Be CSSW qualified and have a strong knowledge base on BS8102:2022 in all forms of waterproofing, Type A & C essential but training will be provided.
Have a Full UK driving license for at least 2 years and looking for a career in sales & management
A can-do attitude, and the ability to use your own initiative
Great communication and customer service skills with a keen, enthusiastic and friendly approach
