In 2008 he transferred to the Property Care business as Technical and SHE Manager, where he is also responsible for technical training. From 2008, Nicholas has been actively involved with the Property Care Association Technical committees of the Structural Waterproofing, Preservation, Residential Ventilation and Invasive Weed Control groups. He has also been a speaker at the PCA National conference.
