Mark Kerr is the branch manager of the Aberdeen branch of Wise Property Care. Mark is an experienced remedial treatments surveyor/manager specialising within the damp and timber preservation industry.

Mark Kerr joined Wise Property Care in 2004 and has been in the preservation industry for over 20 years.

Mark Kerr's specialties:

Condensation treatments, damp proofing, wood boring insects, dry and wet rot treatments and structural repairs.

Csrt certificate of assessment in waterproofing, Dynamic Leadership.

Kickboxing and Football.

Salesman in electrical shop.

What has been the biggest challenge of your career?

The last couple of years.

What in your opinion is the one thing above all that sells a house?

Not one thing but as everybody is looking for something different.

What advice would you offer to those looking to be Specialist Surveyor?

Work hard and ask what people really want.
