The shortlist for the RICS Scotland Awards 2014 has been announced. The event at the Shearton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh on April 24th 2014 will showcase some of the top building projects in Scotland.

Wise Property Care are sponsoring the Building Conservation award where Dunimarle Castle & Chapel, Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation, Lawers Church, The Highlander’s Museum Redevelopment Project and Knockando Woolmill have all been recognised for excellence in this field. We would like to wish them all the best of luck.

The RICS Scotland awards 2014

There are eight award categories in total and you can see all the shortlisted entries listed below this article. The winners from select categories will be invited to represent Scotland in the RICS Awards in London in October 2014.
