As you may have noticed from our news feed and social media accounts, Wise Property Care has won the 2014 Property Care Association award for Innovation and Sustainability for our new Speedy Estimate survey tool.
I have to say, we are exceptionally proud to have won this award as innovation was one of the key elements we wanted to showcase with the Wise Speedy Estimate; the others being Speed, Transparency and Trust.

The Wise Speedy Estimate is the culmination of a lot of research, development and refining but we now have a survey tool that I believe is really going to revolutionise not just how we deliver estimates but the entire survey process.
It was important to me that our customers could receive estimates as quickly as possible, so as to streamline the entire property repair process, but without skimping on the professionalism and quality of service Wise Property Care has established its brand upon. I believe the Wise Speedy Estimate has allowed us to achieve this by not only generating an easily emailable estimate on-site but also offering a visual breakdown of costs that our surveyors can talk our customers through.
Winning an award for Innovation
The fact the PCA has acknowledged the Wise Speedy Estimate as an innovation within the industry is testament to the hard work our head office staff have put into developing it and the dedication our surveyors have shown to using this new technology in the field.
The picture above shows me proudly showing off our award with PCA CEO Steve Hodgson and Jane Shepherd of Shepherd PR. This award is not about me though, each and every one of the staff at teamWise should be proud of their involvement in the development, promotion and support of this excellent new innovation.
