COMMERCIAL SURVEY PROCESS
Our commercial surveys are carried out by PCA approved specialist surveyors who are always locally based. Our specialist surveyors will provide a full consultancy and diagnosis service, providing a detailed property preservation report and, where necessary, a property repair regime specifically tailored for your commercial site. This ensures that you receive instant awareness of any works required and, if necessary, a tailored repair plan with a full cost breakdown based on your budget.
COMMERCIAL SURVEY REPORT
You will receive a survey report within 72 hours following the inspection of the commercial site. Our survey reports are tailored specifically for each commercial client detailing the extent of any property preservation issues you have and include a full treatment plan
The treatment plan includes an extensive breakdown of products to be used and costs for repair.
Although there is no obligation to follow up on the recommended treatment plan, we understand that your commercial projects often require immediate treatment to meet strict deadlines. Completing the quotation acceptance form included in the survey report allows us to immediately get started on restoring your commercial site.
